Windsor Essex County is the most southern part of Canada and has delicious produce show for it. Support local farmers and small businesses by stopping by some of our incredible markets this spring and summer!
Take a short drive into the county local produce, artisans, and small businesses pop ups. Starting May 4th, Amherstburg Farmers’ Market will run from 9am-1pm every Saturday until October 12th. This market is family friendly, pet friendly and offers weekly live music, fresh coffee, and local craft beer.
The Downtown Windsor Farmers’ Market spreads across Pelissier Street between University and Wyandotte – it is the largest farmers’ market in Windsor Essex County. Starting March 30th, this will be the most popular place to find delicious local eats and fresh produce. This market will run from 9am-2pm every Saturday until October 26th.
Farmers’ markets are incredible, but they’re only open on Saturdays! Starting in May, Willow Tree Market will be open from 10am-6pm Tuesday through Thursday, and 9am-6pm Friday through Sunday. This family run business is a Kingsville favourite, and it’s no wonder why! Local produce, homemade pies and sweets, and Lebanese food make this market the perfect pit stop on your way home from work.
