Q3 2021 Statistics for Real Estate in Windsor & Essex County For the third quarter of 2021 (July through September), the Windsor-Essex real estate market remained very strong. The number of homes sold and the average price of a home, and the number of listings taken continued to climb during this period of time, while the percentage of listings that sold remained consistent with Q3 2020. Windsor-Essex Home Sales, Prices and Listings Increased in Q3 2021 The numbers show that this was another strong quarter for sellers when it comes to real estate in Windsor and Essex County.
