The Numbers February’s residential sales were almost 6% higher when compared to February 2023! This is accompanied by a climbing average sales price, which reached $534,655 last month. There was also an increase in the number of active listings, with over 1,000 homes listed in February. This represents a roughly two-month supply of homes. What’s Selling Best? Bungalows and ranches were the most popular styles of homes in February. However, all types of homes are benefiting from a shorter average time on the market – it dropped to 30 days last month due to the uptick in sales.
